This program is designed for those who are serious about making change now!!  With the  12 Week Transformation Program you will work out 2 times a week or more depending upon your goals and time available to exercise.  12 weeks is the perfect amount of time to challenge yourself to adopt new exercise and nutrition habits and to make visible change.  The Urban Athlete  Transformation Experience can help you overcome these common obstacles and set you on the right path to achieving your health and fitness goals!

EVOLUTION I-Strength & Conditioning
In the conditioning evolution your body fat percentage will decrease as your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular capacity increase. 

EVOLUTION II-Balance & Coordination
This phase continues on where Evolution I ends  with a greater emphasis placed on balance, coordination and core skill.  Fat loss and strength gains will continue, while functional skills increase.

EVOLUTION III-Advanced Training
This phase elevates your training so that you can achieve optimal fitness.  Training for sports and other activities are addressed  during this evolution.

When the last evolution is completed, the program begins again at Evolution I, but at a more advanced level.

SMALL GROUP (2-4)

 
The Urban Athlete Small Group Transformation Experience can help you elevate your fitness routine in a fun and energetic group setting, with coaching from Master Trainer Adrianne.  There really is strength in numbers and the Urban Athlete Small Group Personal Training delivers.  In a group of 2-4 people, you’ll experience working out like never before following a progressive program designed to get results in a group setting.
