When I joined the Boot Camp program I wasn't entirely sure if this
kind of activity suited me. After the first class, I was hooked. I enjoy
the fast pace, group setting and variation in exercises, but, the thing
that has made the difference for me is Adrianne Pelt. Adrianne makes it
fun and she's extremely knowledgeable. And, it's not all about
exercising for her. She probes into our eating habits and provides
sound, yet realistic alternatives to ensure healthier eating choices.
The addition of the Boot Camp program to my exercise regimen and the
small changes to my diet have resulted in a weight lose of 30 lbs., which I attribute to Adrianne.
