What is it?

The Urban Athlete EAT CLEAN EAT SIMPLE Challenge is 4 weeks of clean eating habits to create a lifetime of change.  Diets DO NOT WORK.  They are a short-term fix when we need to be making change for  a lifetime. 

Clean eating is a lifestyle; you will eat foods as close to their natural state as possible. This means eating fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins instead of pre-packaged, processed foods or fast food.  

Eating clean is simple and straightforward, you remove the foods that are keeping you away from health and vitality and consume more foods that are promote health.
