Adrianne Pelt epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and
creative service in every detail of your training program. She is from rainy Oregon where her love for being
active was born. She grew up weight
lifting, skiing, sprinting, dancing and cheerleading. Her early introduction to movement is why she
believes that fitness should always be functionally based to increase one's
quality of life. Adrianne promotes a lifestyle where exercise not only improves
strength, but improves stability, coordination, balance, and flexibility so
that you can build muscle and increase your metabolism.
As a certified personal
trainer and nutrition coach, Adrianne brings a holistic approach to your
exercise prescription and instruction. Her philosophy is that longevity is
attained by attaining a balanced lifestyle.
She focuses on instilling life-changing habits that work towards
enhancing the well-being of her clients by empowering them with the knowledge,
skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their
journey to a healthier life. She specializes in providing you with programs
that are multi-faceted focusing on cardiovascular, strength, conditioning and
flexibility. She also works on posture
correction analysis, and lifestyle and nutritional counseling.
Adrianne loves being a nutrition and movement specialist and is currently working on her graduate degree in marriage and family therapy so that she can continue to inspire others to feel more positive towards adopting both a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. Ultimately, Adrianne wants to share her enthusiasm, encourage consistent lifestyle changes and help you realize what your whole self is capable of achieving. She believes that with the right program and support, anyone can achieve their goals.
