CLEAN EATING:

10 FOODS THAT FIGHT BEING FAMISHED
//  PROTEIN.    FIBER.    FAT.

Fish is generally the lightest and healthiest pick for protein.  It takes longer than beef and chicken to digest and contains healthy fat that keeps the body satisfied.
Popcorn is the perfect snack.  It is low in calories and big on volume keeping the stomach full for hours after it is consumed.
Nuts are delicious and eaten in moderation several times add both healthy fat and protein.  The fat content slows down digestion and regulates blood sugar.
Adding 1/2 of an avocado to your mid day meal can help reduce late night snacking.  The healthy fat helps to satisfy the palate, especially for those who are trying to go low carbohydrate.
Apples are not only delicious, but they have a high water content that contributes to keeping hunger at bay.
All berries are great, but raspberries have 8 grams of fiber per cup, which soaks up water which keeps you feeling fuller longer.
Eggs are the perfect food they are equal parts fat and protein keeping you satiated and satisfied.

Oatmeal is a power food satiating the palate and the stomach for up to four hours after it is eaten because of both the protein ad the fiber that it contains.

Potatoes are given a bad rap including sweet potatoes.They are one of the most filling foods, keeping you full longer because of both their resistant starch.

Beans are not only a great source of protein, but the resistant starch "fiber" slows the rate at which food is processed in the stomach, resulting in a feeling of fullness long after a meal.
